Required Actions

We will need your phone number for the delivery. The carrier will need to call you in order to set up a delivery time. Please make sure the number you provide during checkout is the best one to reach you. If paying with PayPal, please make sure the number on your account is accurate.

You'll need to inspect your package upon arrival before you sign. If your order arrives damaged, you should sign "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt. If the item is damaged to the point that it is not usable, you can refuse the item.

Please notify and, if possible, send photos of any damage to vminnovations_help@email.spreetail.com, along with your order number. A member of our Customer Experience team will reach out to you with further instructions.

Delivery Information

At this time, we do not offer "in-home" deliveries. Your shipment must be delivered to the curbside and will require a signature. Please be sure you are able to move the item after it arrives, as the carrier will not be able to assist.

We do our best to ship orders as fast as we can. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by calling our Customer Experience team at 866-639-9320. Please note that if we are unable to cancel your order before it ships, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.

If the item is returned from the freight company for any reason other than damage, additional shipping or storage fees may apply. Reasons may include invalid or incorrect address information, and incorrect phone number or contact information, or failing to schedule or missing an already scheduled delivery appointment.

If the item is delivered and a return is requested, the freight shipping fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Nice

This is a nice quality air mattress, we've had this set up in our living room for over a week and it's still going strong! It was super easy to set up, my 12 year old was able to set it up by himself without any help. I love that it comes with a built in pump and a cover.

Perfect!

This is a great air mattress! And it comes with a cover, which I have never seen before. My husband and I get a lot of out of town guests, and I feel like I am always buy an air mattress. This mattress is perfect! Its easy to inflate and deflate, its sturdy, and from what I am told, its very comfortable!

One of the best sleeps on an air mattress. My brother was over and he had the chance to sleep on the mattress he said it was comfortable and wasnt nosey when he moved throughout the night. The air also stayed in and stayed full throughout the night as well.

Very easy to set up can in a box with air mattress and foam bedding rolled up inside. I love it I used it for a movie night with the kids.very spacious and comfortable. Adjustable to your liking and unlike many air mattresses you wont find yourself up in the middle of the night adding more air or on the floor due to air seeping out. His is really a top of the line air mattress great quality.

Perfect for our house guests!

Our spare bedroom serves as my home office and we dont have an actual bed so in preparation of our recent house guests I needed an air mattress that was easy to set up and folds up nicely to store. I selected this one and am so happy I did; not only is it at a good price point, but the built in-pump makes this super easy to use. Laying on it is quite comfortable, though I probably wouldnt use it daily, but works on more of an as needed basis. This stores perfectly in our basement and awaits the next guest!
