The main cone is made from Silver Alpha-Cellulose poly — a lightweight material that moves fast and accurately while still producing genuine midrange body and bass punch you can actually feel. It's surrounded by a rubber surround that resists the effects of UV rays, bonded with high-temperature adhesive, keeping the cone connection solid through summer heat, heavy moisture, and high-power listening sessions alike.
Up top, the 1-inch Neo-Mylar soft dome tweeter handles the highs with clarity and detail, never crossing into harsh or fatiguing territory. It's impact-resistant for real-world durability, and the Kapton former keeps heat dissipating efficiently so performance stays consistent even when you push the volume.
Inside, a pure copper voice coil generates a strong, focused magnetic field, while the epoxy-infused natural fiber spider keeps cone movement controlled and accurate. An over-coil cooling system circulates air across the voice coil during demanding use, and the ferrite magnet motor keeps the whole assembly compact enough to fit nearly any vehicle application.
Frequency transitions are managed by a passive Butterworth crossover with 6dB internal integration, delivering a smooth, natural handoff from midbass to tweeter — no gaps, no peaks, just clean sound across the board.
