You'll need to inspect your package upon arrival before you sign. If your order arrives damaged, you should sign "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt. If the item is damaged to the point that it is not usable, you can refuse the item.

Delivery Information

At this time, we do not offer "in-home" deliveries. Your shipment must be delivered to the curbside and will require a signature. Please be sure you are able to move the item after it arrives, as the carrier will not be able to assist.

Different situation

To start with, I am heating an 18x80 mobile home which only comes to 1440 sqft and this product (as a single unit) is rated for a 1500 sqft "room", I bought 2 ... figureing in for walls and turns and seperate rooms. I have only had my heaters a few hours (4 to be exact), but they are already doing a better job than the 2 quartz and 1 oil heater (with no thermistat) I have been using for the last 3 years, without my hot water breaker tripping (5 starts right there ... but read on). Not sure about it's air cleaning capability and since I live in the county, that filter will probably be the death of me, but at least it's a washable filter (quess that will be a "wait and see" what that is all about). It will be a month before I notice if there is a lowering of my electric bill. *crossing fingers* It seems a little noisy up close and personal (it's just the fan really), but when they are placed at either end of the house like mine are, you don't even notice them ... for sure they are more quiet than my whole house humidifier (which I am hoping to dump since these are not supposed to dry out the air like other heaters ... again, we'll see about that). Only reason for the missing 5th star (this early in the useage) is that if the unit is on, the fan is on, even when the heater has decided the room is "at temp", the fan still rolls along ... is that not cooling the area it just heated up? Overall RIGHT NOW ... the "twins" get 4 stars ... if this system allows, I will update or just flat out redo my elval in a month when I get my next electric bill (and see how my skin feels).

Great Heater, Beautiful Cabinet, Nice Size!

This is a beautiful cabinet! So far the unit is promoting great heat. This has an eco button which keeps the room at a steady 68 degrees-Nice! Thermostat - temperature control, another plus. There is an on/off button in the back and also a button in the front. I purposely took the backing off (the filter) behind where the heater to see how easy it was to clean the filter. It was not a problem at all. I really like this heater and it gives off great heat. Two remote controls, too, which is a plus. I am comparing to a Comfort Furnace (which I already own) and this LifeSmart is a little bit smaller version. Promotes good heat. I like it and I would buy another one! The wood furnishing is beautiful too. This unit is not too big or not too small. This will keep you warm while saving money.

A Good Heater

I use this heater in the livingroom. It works really well. I like that it is on wheels and has the 2 remotes, plus the outer wood look casing looks good. So far it is doing the job.
