Return Policy: 30-day returns!

If you are not 100% delighted with your purchase, VMInnovations will gladly accept your return within 30 days of your delivery date.* 

*Please note:

• Returns not due to VMInnovation's error, may received a shipping fee deducted from refund amount.
• Stockroom Deal items (Open Box, Used, Damaged, or For Parts) are final sales, meaning VMInnovations will not accept returns, exchanges, or issue any refunds.
• Returns shipping from Canada is not covered by VMInnovations and is therefore the responsibility of the customer.

3 Step Return Process

1. To ensure a speedy return, please reach out to our Customer Service team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2. Ship the products back to VMInnovations with all original parts.
3. Once received, we will quickly process your refund or exchange.

Refund Process

For your safety, we will issue the refund to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
