I ordered what I thought were two identical open stock items (bar stools). When I opened the boxes I noticed the seat covers were two different colors and materials right away. Customer service did offer a $34 dollar refund. It cost $80 to recover the two seats, fortunately I already had my own material. However, by the time they were assembled then I realized they two different heights. I had already refinished them so I did not return them. That cost another $100 to cut one down so they were the same height. When I went to attach the seats I found they only included one swivel kit. Getting an upholsterer and a carpenter to correct the other problems took longer than the 30 day window for their "return policy". I spoke with three people explaining I did not want to return or a refund. All I wanted was the missing swivel kit. I emailed the CFO of their Fulfilment Department, [****], multiple times who failed to even acknowledge my email. NEVER BUY OPEN STOCK FROM THIS COMPANY!

Great cab, looks impressive. Marquee is super nice.

I purchased a pool pump through an eBay listing for VM MP, LLC, fulfilled by Spreetail, which advertised "FREE 1-3 Day Delivery" and guaranteed delivery by July 1. That delivery date was the entire reason I bought the item — my pool was inoperable and I needed it urgently.
The item did not arrive by the promised date. Spreetail offered a $20 discount early on as an apology — before any real resolution was attempted — which suggested they already knew the item would not arrive on time.
When I asked to cancel and receive a refund instead, Spreetail refused, saying the order was "already in transit" and I'd need to wait for it to arrive and initiate a return through eBay. What followed was a pattern of shifting deadlines: I was first told a 4-business-day window would close July 7, then told it would close July 3, then told it had moved again to July 6 — each revision pushing resolution further out. The fact that this window kept moving suggests the seller couldn't confirm whether the item would arrive within 4 business days at all, let alone by the date originally promised. Meanwhile, eBay's own tracking showed the package scheduled for delivery on a different day entirely than any of the dates I was given.
I reached out to VM Innovations directly hoping for better support, but got no meaningful resolution there either.
If you're considering buying from this seller expecting the delivery guarantees advertised, be cautious — my experience showed those commitments are not reliable, and getting help when they're missed is a frustrating, drawn-out process.

Absolutely love the cabinet. Super well packaged.

Ordered SF2 cab. Order is delayed. I get it. It happens.
But no communication from iconic or spreetail.
Found out about delay via Reddit.
Partial refund was offered (again announced via Reddit and YouTube ) but I and few others did not received it.
So we had to contact to get it.
When item finally got released and everyone posted their impressions, my order was still stuck.
Had to consult reddit and contact form to get it moving and finally get it delivered.

I love the Street Fighter Alpha 2 Arcade! The classics games included on it are all presented in HD quality. I highly recommend it!

This would be a perfect score if the online play was working. It isn’t at the time of this writing, so I can’t give it a perfect score. Once the online play comes, I’ll adjust my review. I’ve had over 20 products in the home arcade space, and this is the best cabinet, hardware-wise, out of all of them! Bigger size, decent marquee, lit up coin door, high quality control deck, good buttons and joysticks (not perfect, but good). The games list is great too! If you are a Street Fighter fan, this is the cabinet to get!

I love the machine itself. Through and through.My only complaint was the delays.

Just an amazing piece of kit. The games seem to perform pretty flawlessly, and the controls, screen, and marquee are all top notch. I gave only four stars at this time because I'm waiting a) to see how online is implemented and b) game options for all the games (only a few have options).
Pros: Great build quality; packed extremely well; very nice controls; beautiful art (SF Alpha 2 version here); great screen;
Cons: Instructions could be a *little* more detailed (more pages); waiting for game options and online implementation
Overall, I can't get a lot of these, but if some titles (coughcoughTRONcoughcough) were made, then I would definitely upgrade my A1Up cab. Very well done. The wait was worth it.

The Street Fighter Alpha 2 from Iconic Arcade is by far the biggest and best home arcade product on the market today. It’s beautiful, well built, loaded with great titles and has the room for two full sized adults to sit comfortably side by side and enjoy the fight. It is a ten in my book and I look forward to owning more of their products.

Outstanding product, well worth the wait!

Even though there were many delays in the fulfillment of my order, VMI was in communication with me throughout the process and was clear with my options. Product arrived as advertised and I'm enjoying it completely.

The arcade unit is great far more than I expected, but as far as the customer communication was terrible throughout the whole process of receiving the unit. There was to many avenues to chase to get information and next to no response from Spreetail or VMI when inquiring via email about the status.

Everything was great, including the communications with my product being delivered.

Iconic Arcade Street Fighter WW cab was delivered as described and undamaged. Very satisfied with my purchasing experience.
