Please disregard the picture and description on this page because this is not what you will receive. It clearly shows two 3-rail gate kits, and the description also says the same. However, when I received the package, I had one 3-rail kit and one 2-rail kit. When I brought this to their attention, I was told that I ordered the two different kits. Even after sharing screenshots, I was told I was in the wrong and the best they would do would be to allow me to return it at my cost ($70.00) and then they would refund my cost for the item.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with VMI, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to help other consumers avoid a similar situation. My encounter with this website left me disappointed and frustrated due to their misleading practices.

The primary issue arose from a product I purchased, which, upon arrival, turned out to be significantly different from what was depicted in the picture and described on the website. The misleading representation led me to believe I was getting something entirely different, and this left me feeling misled and dissatisfied.

When I attempted to address the problem with their customer support, it became apparent that their willingness to assist and find a fair resolution was sorely lacking. Despite being aware of their misleading content, they refused to cover the cost of returning the item. As a result, I was left with no choice but to shoulder the hefty $70.00 return shipping fee.

What adds insult to injury is that this unfair return policy allows them to benefit from their deceptive practices. They will likely resell the item and potentially make a considerable profit, while I bear the financial loss due to their misleading advertising.
