BalanceFrom Fitness GoGym 6x2ft Folding 3 Panel Exercise Mat with Handles, Black

I got this BalanceFrom Fitness GoGym Folding 3 Panel Exercise Mat with Handles a few weeks ago and it is great. The mat is of a good thickness and keeps my back knees and elbows comfortable on my hard floors. One side is non-slip and it helps keep the mat from sliding all over. The mat is easy to clean too.

I bought this for working out in the gym as I like having more cushion. But honestly it’s really only good for stretching. There is too much stiffness to the cushion and thickness that a regular HIIT workout for me was difficult. Would recommend highly for stretching though!

Folds in 3 sections is lightweight and easy to handle thanks to the handles on top. Very thick and comfortable for some of my yoga workouts. It's nice and long and is high quality with dense foam inside. Easy to clean the exterior of the mat with a damp rag.

This is Avery good exercise mat really makes those floor exercises a little easier. I was surprised at the thickness of this but when folded if doesn’t take up hardly any space. It’s lightweight and durable I expect to get extended use of it. Have had the roll up mats before but the were never as padded as this. Very Nice seems well made no complaints from me.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new mat. The padding makes it very comfortable and it’s also long enough to fit most people on it laying down. It’s also easy to fold up and store when not using it. Will definitely keep this in mind in the future.

This is really great for yoga Nidra and for practicing getting up and down off the floor after my broken ankle. I’m impressed with the quality of the mat and the thickness. It’s a little hard to store but I think I can slide it under my bed. All in all a decent product.

This is a very nice folding pad. It is firm and the skin is a quality vinyl. It is a tri-fold and stores easily in a 2' X 2' X 6 space. This pad is very versatile. The handles make it easy to move but I wish it had a velcro closure to make it perfect!

This aerobic mat is awesome! The mat is just the right thickness to be able to stabilize yourself during your workout. Bottom of mat has the right texture to keep it from moving. I highly recommend this mat to anyone that does aerobics or yoga!!

The Balance Form Gym Mat is great for people involved in fitness or exercise! It’s a nice size for grown adults and it can be very versatile for your fitness goals. The gym mat is a great material and my favorite feature about it would be that it folds up.

Received the BalanceFrom LLC - BalanceFrom Fitness GoGym 6x2ft Folding 3 Panel Exercise Mat with Handles Black and I really like it. My daughter and her dad keeps eyeing it up. My rugrat likes to lay on it when I'm not using it. So apparently it makes a nice nap pad for her when not used for yoga.

This is an excellent exercise mat. It's nice and thick without having too much weight. I use it to do neck stretches and it is perfect for that. It folds up easily and is compact enough to make storing it very easy.

Wow this mat is the best! It is just the right thickness easy to store and folds up great! The handles make it extra easy to move around from place to place. My kids love to tumble on the mat - and my husband uses it for sit ups and floor exercises!!! Great fitness mat!

this is a great additive to my daughters room. she loves to jump and tumble and this is ag reat thing that she can tumble on.

Folds in 3 sections easy to handle. Has carrying handles on top. Very thick and comfortable for workouts. Other uses. For mat could be for stretching out on floor. Quite long was expecting a lot shorter mat. Looks high quality. Dense foam inside. Easy to wipe and clean exterior of mat. Damp water and a rag.
