Great addition to home gym

Great addition to my home gym as I’ve enjoyed adding kettlebells to my workout routine over the years. They are well made durable and easy to clean. I do prefer to wear workout gloves when using as they tend to slip in my hand a bit.

Getting stronger by the day

The one thing missing from my at-home workout routine was weights. I have an exercise bike that I love and use frequently but I feel like strength training is missing from my routine. I usually lift between 5-15 pounds so feel like this set is perfect. These kettlebells have handles and material make them super easy to grip. They also are a good size so are very easy to store. Overall I’m very impressed with my new BalanceFrom kettlebells.
