I got this to help with my balance which has gotten pretty shaky in the last couple of years. It has helped so much and it is also great for yoga and stretching. It's so easy to set up and I love that it is portable and easy to stash away if needed. I would highly recommend this trainer!

I have been setting up an exercise plan for myself and this was extremely helpful to incorporate into my routine. It's easy to set up and easy to carry around. It's not overly heavy. You can deflate it to store it or keep it inflated. I've been using it during my workouts and it's definitely been helping me with my balance.

This was the perfect item to add to my home gym! It delivered quickly and even though the pump was broken I easily set it up with another pump I had at home. I’ve looked up workout videos and there’s many ways to incorporate this into your workouts. I’d highly recommend giving it a try!

So I wanted to keep things interesting for my work outs. I have wanted to try these. It's very large. It's easy to inflate and they send the needle and pump with it. So far I've been using it by standing and lifting weights but I need to look up some more routines where I can use it for squats lunges etc. It's heavy and solid and a very quality piece of equipment. Love it!

I received the pro version and i am posting pictures of it next to the one I have used for years. The rubberized outside is matte black which means not slippery and feels like a thicker material. It came with a pump and two plugs and was very easy to blow up. It is definitely going to last a long time and I like that it feels more sturdy. My girls are swimmers and they are also using it for their core and balance workouts to help strengthen their bodies for long distance swimming. Such a great tool for working out at home.

This was really easy to set up once I was able to located instructions online. The balance ball comes mostly deflated so you'll need to inflate with the included tools. It only takes a couple of minutes and it comes with an extra plug just in case you lose the first one. The balance ball is on the heavier side but isn't so heavy that you can't move it around. The heaviness keeps it from sliding around. I plan to store it sideways when not in use and it's light enough to do so. The rubber on the ball is very heavy duty and is nonslip whether standing or sitting on it. I like the color of this ball too. It's a deep carbon black and looks as elegant as it could possibly look for what it is.

Super easy to set this up right out of the box. Got this for my wife that recently went through an ACL repair. She loves it. I would highly recommend.

I have been using this yoga trainer ball for mainly my core strengthening over the past week. It’s great for stretching my abs and middle to low back. So many good things to help with flexibility.

The nice part about unpacking this balance is that it is basically all set to use. All you have to do is pump it up easier said than done. The pumping is easy to do but taking the pump(that's included) out and putting the plug in can be a pain. The second the pump comes out the air is escaping and you have to be quick with your fingers to plug it. Then you have to try and get the plug in right away before you have to start the process of pumping it back up. Now after that is all done and you have had your work out for the day. You can go ahead and try it out. This ball is great for me because I have some balance issues and it's helping me. Also you can use it to do Yoga or other exercises on it. I like to use it by switching out what foot I have on it. Jump up and place one foot on it and repeat with other side and so on. There is videos you can watch to suggest different things you can do with it.

I've had this product for about a month now it comes with it's own pump to pump up the balance ball and it is super sturdy. I would recommend the product to anyone who wants to work on balance in home it has already helped me in the time I have had it.

First off airing it up was harder than expected. You have to get the hand pump at just the right angle to actually let air in otherwise you are pumping air in and pulling it out with each pump. Then the stopper that you put in you need some serious force to get that in there. After all that is said and done the balance trainer is fantastic you can scan the card it comes with for manuals and workouts. Really easy effective and efficient using it to work out.
