I layed the barrier down before dumping mulch over and it lays tight with a tight woven weave for the barrier. However it is not a complete blockage there are a few weeds that have popped through but not as many as without it!

This is great quality and does exactly what it’s supposed to! It doesn’t rip or tear keeping it highly effective at keeping away those weeds. We put it under mulch with our kids play set and it’s held up and done it’s job. Highly recommend!

this is ground cover to prevent weeks. arrived in a wide roll. just roll out what you need covered and then cut to size. easy to store upright. there is PLENTY to use to cover a large surface area. this lays flat once covered with mulch. completely recommend for any large area for weed prevention.
