We will need your phone number for the delivery. The carrier will need to call you in order to set up a delivery time. Please make sure the number you provide during checkout is the best one to reach you. If paying with PayPal, please make sure the number on your account is accurate.

You'll need to inspect your package upon arrival before you sign. If your order arrives damaged, you should sign "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt. If the item is damaged to the point that it is not usable, you can refuse the item.

Please notify and, if possible, send photos of any damage to vminnovations_help@email.spreetail.com, along with your order number. A member of our Customer Experience team will reach out to you with further instructions.

Delivery Information

At this time, we do not offer "in-home" deliveries. Your shipment must be delivered to the curbside and will require a signature. Please be sure you are able to move the item after it arrives, as the carrier will not be able to assist.

We do our best to ship orders as fast as we can. If you need to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by calling our Customer Experience team at 866-639-9320. Please note that if we are unable to cancel your order before it ships, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.

If the item is returned from the freight company for any reason other than damage, additional shipping or storage fees may apply. Reasons may include invalid or incorrect address information, and incorrect phone number or contact information, or failing to schedule or missing an already scheduled delivery appointment.

If the item is delivered and a return is requested, the freight shipping fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Kids Love It!

The pool is amazing and the bottom is super durable. It's true to size and it was super easy to assemble. I am so pleased with this product I would purchase again if needed. I believe this pool will last for many years!

HUGE POOL

This pool is incredible. The best above ground pool I’ve ever owned. It came shipped in two separate boxes which was perfect for transporting to the backyard. Setting it up wasn’t too bad with two people and it comes with everything you need to get started. In the Florida heat this is going to be a lifesaver this summer.

Perfect size pool with everything needed to get started having fun!

Perfect size pool for a fun summer of swimming! The instructions are easy to follow and the assembly is going to be easy as well. The materials are great quality. Pool comes with everything needed to get started and maintain it. I love that it comes with a cover to keep kids safe and leaves out when not in use. We cannot wait to enjoy this swimming pool!

The pool is great but..

The pool is a great pool! We had so much fun in this pool as a family of 6! It took my husband and our son about an hour to set up. It was super easy to set up and the instructions were clear. It has instructions for the pool pump and ladder. Now here's what I don't like. The corners do not have holes for the little buttons to go into. We haven't had a problem with them slipping but it's a concern. The biggest problem with this pool is the filter that is included! As I've stated before the pool itself is greatthe filter sucks! As you can see in the video it leaks the entire time. No matter how tight we put it on. It leaks. We will buy another filter or use our old pool's filter. Everything else is great! I know we will have a very fun summer in this pool. I will update if anything changes!

Huge Pool - Lots of fun!

Phew! That was a lot of work but worth it! Took 2 of us 3.days to clear our backyard and.prep it. We do have pretty thick grass so that was a huge chore. We did use a tamper to level the ground as well. This pool is HUGE and the set up of it took only about 4 hours. I'm glad we did it now rather than wait a few more months when it is super hot outside. I will say I wish the poles/supports weren't so angled as they take up a bit of space. I'm not certain how sturdy this will be but I hope/expect for it to last at least 3 years. Qewe.shall see!
