Expensive unit that appears to well made. The important word is "appears". Rechargeable battery does not appear to be replaceable and it quit charging after a few uses. It is impossible to contact the company through their web site. Their form will not accept a phone number and won't submit the form without a phone number....so it is a Catch-22. So far four calls to customer service and disconnected every time, prior to talking to anybody!!
