The Hifonics Zues Theta subwoofer does not disappoint. Heart pounding window rattling deep sound with no distortion crackling or popping-just pure rich delight. The design is modern and detail enriched with the open back to allow heat to escape and the super slick cover that doesn't seem to attract or collect dust(win win!) Easily popped into my existing opening from the 12 sub I replaced and seamless installation to my 600W amp with the pop in posts less that 15 minutes and I was banging AC/DC Thunderstruck(my test tune for every audio speaker in the last 35 years lol) Every word every beat and silence in between is super clear with no run on as I call it(like a vibration that would carry into the next thump?) Seriously a thump that makes your heart drop without the scare lol. Outside my SUV with doors closed there's no rattles or vibrating annoying buzzing so excited to not be ticking off the neighbors with cheap sounding chatter....just rattling their windows and making their dogs bark when I enter the neighborhood lol!!! Super squealin with my new sub and will be buying the Hifonics 1000W amp to really rock my world :)

The Hifonics-Hifonics THW12D4 Zeus Theta 1000W Max 500W RMS 12 Inch Car Audio Subwoofer is AWESOME!! The speaker was easy to install and didn't take long at all. The sounds from this speaker was great. It was flawless with a crisp sound. My husband was just amazed and beyond excited how good it sounds. We saw no flaws in the speaker. You can tell it was made very well and made with good quality materials. The speaker came packed very well and protected. It's a beautiful speaker! Definitely recommend!!

This 12 inch subwoofer works very well. I replaced my worn out Planet Audio with this unit and it completely out performs the old speaker IF you have a larger amplifier. I am running a 600 watt and it does a decent job but really needs another 400 watts to really push the subwoofer. This subwoofer is installed in a sealed box and does respond well to about 100hz crossover. I honestly don't have enough power to push it under that frequency to give an honest assessment below 100hz. The physical construction of the cone and flex material is impressive and compares nicely to units that cost more. This speaker really exceeded my expectations and you won't be disappointed with the sound quality.

I have owned and installed my own car stereos ever since I got my first car back in 1996 when I was 18 years old. I have since used other prime brand names and I must say that this Hifonics subwoofer is second to none of those which makes it a great value. This subwoofer provides 1000 max watts and 500 RMS. It is a passive unit so you will definitely need an amp and I would highly recommend a crossover or an equalizer but with or without this is a great unit. It's simple to install and it has easy to use push terminals. I was very nicely surprised by this Hifonics subwoofer and would definitely recommend it to anybody that would like a nice increase in lows in their car stereo!

My son swapped out this new Hifonics THW12D4 Zeus Theta 1000W Max 500W RMS 12 Inch Car Audio Subwoofer with one he's been using for years. The Hifonics has a really good sound but it cannot handle the 1000 W amp. It started to smoke. More suited for a 600 watt amplifier even though it's rated for 1000.

It was easy to install. It has great sound quality at a very good price!

This brand is really a good option for your car surroundings project. This subwoofer has 1000 watts and a great audio surround.

First time speaker installer but found the spring clips on the back were easy to use. Even with a low power amplifier the subwoofer sounded really good.

This is a great quality speaker at a resonable price. For the great price you get a speaker that sounds like some that cost four times as much money. This baby shakes my truck. I really recommend this sub woofer for a great sound system.
