Caring for your board is simple. Hand wash with warm, soapy water after each use and dry thoroughly. To maintain the look and performance of your board, do not soak in water, put the dishwasher or microwave, and never place hot cookware or cover hot cookware with the board. Condition regularly with JK Adams Mineral Oil and/or Beeswax Wood Conditioner (sold separately) to keep the wood nourished and protected over time.
