Hand wash the wooden board with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly after each use. Avoid soaking, the dishwasher, and the microwave, and never set hot cookware directly on the surface. Condition regularly with JK Adams Mineral Oil and/or Beeswax Wood Conditioner to keep the wood nourished (sold separately).
