LifeSmart Electric Tower Heater, Portable Infrared Quartz Space Heater, 1500W

Order 2 of these heaters. One is working fine but the 2nd had an element burn out in less than 2 weeks. Heaters are only used a few hours a day. Tried contacting VM Innovations and even emailed pictures. No response. Extremely disappointed and am reaching out to the manufacturer. I would recommend the product but not the retailer.

The unit heats ok but the fan do not blow hard enough.And it is hard to believe this will heat a 1800 souare feet room . But over all its worth the price.

I love my LifeSmart LS1003HH Tower Infrared Heater.  Supplies quality comfortable heat in my very drafty apartment.  The heater is very user friendly and features are attractive and goes well with my decor.  Have just placed another order for (2) more as a friend of mine saw mine and wanted one.  There is nothing I can say negative after having my heater for over a month now.  I would highly recommend this heater to anyone.

I like it,  it's warm and safe I can set it at a temp leave the room come back and the room is very warm also because it's frame never get's hot on the out side has temp control I really like that and I dont have to turn my house heat up high. I put this heater anywhere there's a draft in my house.

I have heard the infra red quartz is the most economical and in looking around, found this to be the best priced heater for me while delivering the heat source I was looking for. I have had this unit for about 3 weeks and have not had the propane heat on yet.  This is Oct. 30, 2014.  I have a small house, a little over 700 sq. ft, it keeps it nice and warm. Will be able to tell more when the colder weather sets in, I know I will not be running the propane like I have in the past. Very pleased with the heater, would reccommend it to anyone . And I forgot to metion, vey quiet fan.

LOVE this infrared tower heater! Turned off my electric baseboard heat, and use my infrared heater exclusively to heat my upstairs in my split level home. Heats my home faster than the electric heat, stays warmer much longer, and does not dry the air. Also love the two remote controls it comes with. Would recomend this heater to everyone! Will really save me money this winter!! Best purchase of the year!!!

I purchased directly from VMInnovations, and the unit arrived incredibly fast! It's very well packaged and arrived in perfect appearance and working order. I have a couple of the shorter and wider LifeSmart units purchased in previous years, but this new unit dimensionally has a better footprint for placement, IMHO. The cabinet is very attractive and blends in beautifully with my dark furniture. 
The display is informative, and I like that there is a button that when pressed, reads the current room temperature. The provided remotes are nicer and bigger than the small flat ones I'm accustomed to, and their range is respectable. The power cord is round and quite thick, compared to previous units flat cable that sometimes got warm to the touch. So far this cord has stayed cool to the touch, as well as the plug.
The ECO setting is my favorite, as I'm confident leaving it on that safe setting while at work all day. The unit powers up and cycles exactly as needed and turns off when target temp is reached. I look forward to putting the LS-1002HH to the test this winter, on the East Coast. Now that I have three infrared units dispersed throughout the house on separate circuits, I will attempt to go a full season without using the more costly oil heater.
My cat also appreciates that she can sit in front of it and get nice and toasty due to the heat emitting lower to the floor, as compared to other models.

Bought this unit to take the cool edge off without having to heat the whole house. My husband and I are empty nesters and predominently use the kitchen / family room and then we go up to the bedroom. So it seems silly to heat the whle house. I used standard shipping and it ccame within 24 hours! (was shocked) Took it right out of the box, plugged it in and within 15 minutes the whole kitchen, family room was warm and toasty! The best part about this unit is it is so quiet! It also is small and sleek and look like a nice piece of furniture. I would highly recommend this unit for the cost and the efficiency it provides. We may order another one for our bedroom! We thought the price was extremely reasonable and thought that it delivered everything it said it would!

In addition to the elegant look it works beyond expectations.  Infrared heaters are not supposed to work well in uninsulated basements but the great price warranted an attempt.  We have it setup in an open 945sq ft space and we have been experiencing very even heating across the entire space.  It takes some time to heat the entire space but we have seen it raise the ambient room temperature 12 degrees within a couple of hours.  Great product, we're ordering more!

This heater is used in extra large rooms and works great. I love the way it fits in a small area taking up very little space while looking neat and in place.

I like this heater.  It is not noisy, sits very unobtrusively in the corner and heats well.  I don't know how it manages to heat the entire area with the small amount of air that seems to flow out of it but it does.  I bought it to supplement our wood heat and it does a great job of keeping the room temp very comfortable.

After doing quite a bit of research I decided to purchase this space heater for a 15X18 room.  I am very impressed with the built-in safety features 1)auto shutoff when tipped over 2)auto cool down mode before it shuts off 3) cool to the touch on the top, sides and rear.  This space heater is quite efficient and heats up the space much quicker than our older oil based spaced heater.  The two included remotes are a plus!  I highly recommend this space heater!

The LifeSmart Tower Heater is a superiour product. It heats up quickly and is relatively quiet! It delivers comfortable non drying heat, unlike many other heaters. It has a 12 hour timer. It is relatively compact and does not offset decor. It is extremely safe for your pets who may enjoy sitting in front of it or occasionally brushing up against it without any harm! It can be set in fahrenheit or centigrade, which is convenient if you are using it or sending it outside of the USA. Overall, I really enjoy this product and would purchase it again, as well as recommend it to anyone.

I have owned my heater for 2 months now and I love it. I would not have thought it would matter to me if it had a remote control, but it is so convenient to be warm and cozy in bed and turn the heater off from there. There is also a timer, so you could set it to come on an hour before waking so your room is cozy when you are ready to get up. The heater is quiet and efficient. Even on the low speed, it takes the chill from the room quickly. I use it as an adjunct to my regular heat in a large bedroom that has only one duct and not as much insulation as is needed. This is the perfect solution and I am very satisfied. It arrived very fast, was well packed and exactly as advertised.
