As soon as I received it, open it up and turn it on, in few minutes later, I got "E1" error and turn itself off. Repeat this for few times, I left 3 voicemail to manufacturer but no response at all. VMinnovation agreed to replace it and I'm waiting for replacement.

I bought two of these the same day. One through Ebay then one directly through VMinnovations. I set one in my bedroom (about 350 SF) and downstairs in my open area family room/kitchen. The one in the bedroom did fantastic. Even more surprisingly was how well it worked in my family/room area. All in all it's a great product. Since I've gone solar, it is better to heat the rooms we are in via an electrical heater than to waste moeny heating my entire house with a gas heater.

This heater makes my surroundings more cozy in a snap.  Asthetically, it's nice looking so I don't have to worry about an outsider coming in seeing an unattractive box heater.  The fan operation is quiet enough it's not distracting. Overall I couldn't be happier with this item!

Came with a remote control that's easy to use I more getting out of bed in the cold to do an adjustment. This heater is going to be awesome in my bathroom while taking a shower! Hasn't been cold enough to actually use it, but I'm ready, bring it on!

My husband uses it in the bathroom when he takes a shower. It is also good when I don't want the heater on in the house and he is cold. It easily rolls from room to room. It has a remote which is also beneficial because he does not have to get up from the couch to change it. Good looking too!
