Works even better than I hoped

I got this portable heater to use in my hot tub area in off my back deck. While it's not completely enclosed it does have rollup blinds all the way around for privacy. And this little heater heats up the entire area pretty quickly. Doesn't seem to smell very much and works just as I had hoped. Perfect for when we get out of the hot tub and don't want to freeze!

Nice and Toasty

This heater is very durable and capable of heating quite a large area. It heats up very quickly and provides long lasting heat. Being able to use it indoors is and added benefit in case the power ever goes out. With this heater I am able to use it anywhere I go and is very portable.

We actually switched to using the Mr.Buddy heaters to heat our house a few years ago because it's cheaper and easier when we are gone awhile than wood or taking the chance with electric heaters. (Done had them melt plugs) they warm amazing they cover a fairly big area too. Really can't say enough good things about these heaters! Plus they are perfect to put in a deer stand with you too!

Came in handy for brisk NJ nights in the woods!

My husband and I are so excited to have this during the recently brisk nights here in NJ. We opted to use this both in our basement to take the chill out before having company over and in our outdoor screen porch at the campground. This takes the chill off in minutes in our basement. We decided to put it on the floor rather than mount it so we could use it elsewhere. The legs easily mount and are sturdy. We've only used low setting up to this point and we're satisfied. We look forward to exploring other uses this Fall and coming Winter!

Mr Heater Big Buddy is a great Heater that is easy to use. Easy to light and use both inside or outside. It has safety features for inside use and will be a great backup in the winter if the power goes out. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a good dependable heater.

Great Product

I was excited to try the Mr. Heater 450 Sqft Big Buddy Portable Propane Gas Heater. It's tough when it starts to cool down outside because I have a nerve problems and I get cold very easily. My family doesn't like the heater on but because of my nerves I struggle to warm up- but this bad boy did the trick. I didn't have to inconvenience my family and it kept me warm!

I Love Mr. Heater BIG Buddy!

The Mr. Heater BIG Buddy Portable Indoor Safe Propane Heater is hands down the very Best! The quality is superb! The packaging is totally on point and it's a piece of cake to use! I love that it has Big Heat up to 18000 BTU's heats up to 450 square feet for up to 220 hours and that it has 3 heat settings too! I really like that it has an accidental tip-over safety shut-off a thermal shut-down system and a convenient spark to light ignition as well! Overall I'm very impressed and give this product two great big thumbs way up and would definitely recommend it!

Works great!

I have the big buddy heater that I use in my shop that is hooked to my 20lb propane tank outside. Set up was so easy. This website is user friendly they tell you exactly what hoses and attachments are need with diagrams. The heater puts out so much heat I have never used it on the high setting and only on medium to take the chill off. It runs on low and it keeps area plenty warm.

Mr. Heater 18000 BTU 450 sqft propane heater

Just received this product and am so happy with it. We decided to go camping and it's starting to get colder at night it worked perfectly and kept my husband and I so comfortable and toasty. I'd definitely recommend this heater to my family and friends. I detest kerosene heaters due to the awful smell that gives me headaches.

This heater is a great asset to have especially here in Minnesota where the cold seasons stretch for many months. The three heating levels and climate control make it ideal for a wide variety of temperature controls and with the built in thermostat I can set it and forget it. My favorite uses are to warm the garage for comfortable workshop activities taking it to outdoor activities and having it as a backup for power outages. The large rounded handle makes it easy to carry and the safety sensors shut it down if tipped or oxygen is low—both are excellent features!
