Chair is ripping

I recived the chair the end of July. It is ripping already. How can I get it fixed?

Thick girl approved but could use improvements

I am a thick gal and found this chair overall decent and comfortable (at least while sitting). It was decently wide and the fabric felt secure. However, I think it could use improvements. When you fold up the chair, there’s no clip to keep the chair from unfolding or flapping during transport. There’s no padding on the hinge of the footrest and that plastic was sharp! When laid flat, I found the arm holes to be too low or not large enough, the top of the arm hole was digging into my arm. Also when laying with my face in the hole, the hole cover was flapping in the wind which was annoying while I was trying to read. The footrest doesn’t fold all the way under the chair so it’s constantly partially out when sitting. I obviously can’t fault the chair for this because I was in a rush but I really wish I would have waited for the backpack to come back in stock. The chair is large and without a clip to secure it, it was extremely annoying to carry on my shoulder. Would consider purchasing another if some improvements were made.

Still Waiting

I have not been able to review this product because I have not received my replacement from a damaged delivery.

I received a damaged chair upon delivery and followed the process to get a replacement. First customer service told me to bend the metal back in place. That the damages were only cosmetic. After providing pictures and explaining the chair is unusable because it would not adjust, I returned the chair for them to review. This has been over a week and FedEx states the chair has been returned.
I have emailed to follow up and I’m still waiting.
Not happy and not impressed with Ostrich.
