Pilot Rock H-16 B6X2 Park Style Steel Outdoor BBQ Charcoal Grill and Post, Black

I was excited for this bbq I've been wanting one since ours broke.It took us some time to anchor it for a permanent spot we added charcoal then started grilling nothing tastes better then foods cooked on a bbq. I love there's 4 different rack heights I have never experienced before. Being able to swivel it around is a great plus! It's a great size easy to clean just tilt the rack up to dispose of the charcoal. I couldn't be any happier I absolutely love this bbq!

I am quite impressed with this Pilot Rock Heavy Duty Charcoal Grill. I chose to set the post in a bucket of concrete just in case I wanted to move the grill should we redesign our backyard area then put the bucket into the ground. I prefer the taste of food cooked on charcoal over a gas grill and I have had a few charcoal grills but they didn't last very long but I believe this one will. This grill is made with heavy duty steel not just the firebox but also the cooking grate and pole sections. The firebox swivels 360 degrees so if it gets windy you can swivel the firebox to keep the smoke from blowing in your direction. The cooking grate measures 16 x 16 and is plenty of cooking space for a family. There are also four levels for the cooking grate so you can lower it closer to the coals or raise it away from the coals. It is extremely easy to fill with charcoal and equally as easy to clean the used charcoal out. The food cooks perfectly. I highly recommend this Pilot Rock Charcoal Grill it is the best one I have ever used.

Love this grill for the quality ease of use and clean up. Super awesome grill! Have seen this type of grill at parks campgrounds etc and have always just wanted one. Turns out I really enjoy using it more than I expected. So easy for just a small gathering or the two of us. LOVE IT! Grilling season is great!!

Purchased this outdoor charcoal grill a few weeks ago and would highly recommend this grill for easy use and set up. Went to the beach and wanted to BbQ and this grill was perfect set us was easy as we dug the base inti the sand and supported it with rocks. Family loves charcoal so much more than propane. We will definitely get a lot of use for beach and boat days. Perfect size grill as well and easy to clean.

If you’re looking for a durable grill that will last the test of time I mean literally generations. This is it. This thing will withstand anything I mean this thing will be here after doomsday. I would highly recommend it.

I was so amazed with the quality of this Pilot Rock H-16 B6X2 Park Style Steel Outdoor BBQ Charcoal Grill. It is constructed of such a heavy steel so it should last for many years. The post will have to be set in concrete as it does not come with a base but that is fine and it will be so sturdy. The grill will spin 360' so it can be blocked from the wind. And the grate is adjustable.

I was excited to get this grill. This charcoal grill is truly heavy-duty. It is made out of steel and weighs about 70 pounds. I found it to be a bit tricky setting it up. It took a few of us. It is recommended to be embedded into concrete for stability. After the hole was dug we held the post in place while concrete was poured into the hole. We let it set for a few days before attaching the firebox. I love the park-style feel of this grill. It feels like I am at a park. Once installed the grill is easy to use. I like that the cooking grate can adjust to four different levels depending upon what you are cooking. It has a large grilling surface so I have plenty of space. The firebox rotates 360 degrees which is a great feature especially if you do not want smoke in your face while grilling. It has a tilt-away grate to load the charcoal and for easy clean up. This is truly a great charcoal grill. This will last a very long time. Great product!

I've long wanted one of these but so many are actually a skimpy light weight imitation of the super duty grills used at the parks. Not this one! It's super heavy (we're talking more than 50 lbs) and built like a tank. Solid thick grating heavy duty metal throughout. Installation is a breeze as the pole simply screws together and then the entire top unit sets atop with a pin lock. Pouring a concrete footer before sinking is a good idea and easy enough with a standard round mold or even just 5 gal bucket then bury once set. Love the simplicity of using these easy to clean out as has little grooves on the bottom edge on both sides. Grate lifts and lowers to allow both air flow and distance from coals. The finish does has a tendency to chip off as shown and I might add a cover to further protect from weather since this has the full heat and humidity of Florida but otherwise very pleased!

I received this a week ago. This looks amazing just like the ones you see at the park. I set it up pored some concrete around the base of the posts. This grill has a pull out grill rack so you can move it up or down closer to the fire. The pilot rock is a very well made grill. I recommend this to anyone

I'm so glad I chose this for our remodeled back yard. We had a friend pour a concrete base which you definitely need. It's very heavy and needs a solid stand. It works really good and it's built so well. It really adds a great touch for our family gatherings. They said they feel like they're camping!

In 42 years of marriage we have had them all...grills. It just goes with our Texas culture to use them year-round. However the simplicity of the Pilot Rock H-16 grill is the exact size and function that we need now. I was immediately impressed with the sturdiness of the grill after we set the pole in a concrete base. Grilling vegetables chicken or other meats is so simple without having to deal with a cover to have to lift while holding the plate to take it off. As the weather cools we want to also use our iron skillet and cook breakfast outside to enjoy the aroma of a campsite right in our backyard! For us this is a win-win product that we know will last many years to come!
