This air conditioner works by using an outdoor condensor unit and an indoor evaporator unit to remove or deliver heat to areas of your home. Small but mighty, this wall-mounted mini split air conditioner is rated at 18,000 BTUs per hour when cooling and 18,000 BTUs per hour when heating. This makes this mini split heat pump great for small areas and rooms between 450 and 650 square feet in size.

You'll get an indoor unit, outdoor unit, wireless remote control, flare connection leak-guard sealer, installation manual, and user's manual with this mini split air conditioner system. Your air conditioning system also comes with a 16-foot installation kit pre-attached to the back of the indoor unit. The installation kit includes copper refrigeration lines, communication wire for connecting the indoor and outdoor unit, 10-foot drain hose, wall cap, sleeve, and putty. with It's recommended you use a local HVAC specialist for safe and efficient installation.

The outdoor condensor AC unit measures 13.1 inches deep, 31.5 inches wide, 21.8 inches tall. The indoor cooling unit measures 8.5 inches deep, 38 inches wide, and 12.6 inches tall. These 2 parts of the mini split heating and cooling system may arrive in separate boxes.
