A big part of that marine certification also means that each speaker has a non-corrosive plastic grille, a polypropylene UV tolerant cone, waterproof inner and outer surrounds, and stainless steel mounting hardware, ensuring that it’s fully protected against the elements.

The Rockford Fosgate R169X2 is a 6 x 9 inch 2-way full-range speaker rated at 65 watts RMS for a new generation of factory replacement speakers. Kit includes integrated high-pass crossovers and mounting hardware.

The 6 x 9 inch prime full-range speakers offer Rockford Fosgate sound quality at a fantastic value. Perfect for replacing factory speakers, they feature vacuum polypropylene cones, rubber surround, a stamp steel basket, and a silk dome tweeter. Includes grilles so they look as good as they sound.
