Helpful answers about product features, setup, and more

What is the scooter constructed from?

The scooter is constructed from steel. The construction is built to handle exposure to outdoor conditions including sun and moisture. This material choice supports everyday use while maintaining the structural integrity needed for the product's intended applications.

What size is the scooter?

The scooter measures 41 x 17 x 42 inches (length x width x height). Use these measurements to confirm the product is right-sized for the intended user before ordering.

What age range is the scooter suitable for?

The scooter is designed for children or families and is best matched to the age range listed in the product description. Always supervise younger children during use and review any safety instructions included with the product before first play.

Is the scooter designed for outdoor use?

Yes. The scooter is built for outdoor environments such as patios, decks, yards, and gardens. Position it where it will see regular use but remains accessible for the items it stores or supports.

What is the best way to maintain the scooter?

Wipe with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly to prevent rust. For powder-coated finishes, avoid abrasive cleaners that may scratch the coating. Regular light cleaning extends the lifespan of the scooter and keeps it looking and performing well over time.

What is the power source for the scooter?

The scooter uses rechargeable battery. Confirm you have the appropriate power connection, fuel, or battery type available at the location where you plan to use the product, and review any supplied power cords, adapters, or hardware before setup.

Customers praised this electric scooter for its powerful motor that handles small hills and varied terrain. Shoppers noted "inflatable tires" provide excellent ride quality and bump absorption. The wider deck and rear-wheel drive offer stability and control. Suitable for kids and adults alike. Main drawback: heavier than some models.

I Love My New Scooter

I've had my Razor E325 Electric Scooter for less than two weeks now. So far I've been stoked and the Scooter. In the short time I've owned my Electric Scooter I've used it to joy ride, run errands, and visit with friendsWhile out of town in mid-September for a Concert a buddy and I had rented Electric Scooters on a whim and had a blast. That's when I caught the bug to buy one. After some research I decided on a Razor E325 (which is similar to what my nephew has), was a good price, and is better than what I rented and thus exceeded my expectations in many ways. It's more powerful than I thought and can handle some small hills without pushing or a running start (though both those things can help).
It has inflatable tires wheels which are larger, wider, and taller than the Scooter I rented and since it's inflatable handles bumps better, giving you the confidence to clear more small objects, and a better ride quality and an informal suspension if you will (to an otherwise rigid, suspension-less vehicle).
I also enjoy the rear wheel drive, chain driven engine, which seems more natural and what I'd expect on a two-wheel vehicle like this. It seems to handle better and gives you more time to react. It also feels sturdier and has a wider deck enabling you to ride with your feet side by side pointed toward the front (if and when you prefer this riding position) and grip tape around the logo to keep you secure. The only drawback in the short time I've owned it is it weighs more than the Scooters we rented but I'm not complaining because it has more of the features I want, like large air filled tires, better ride quality, and looks cooler!

Great fun!

Great fun! Gave to our daughter for her 11th birthday. Decided to get the faster/bigger model so she may grow into it and for us too to play. Runs great on sidewalk and does very well on grass and dirt too. Ordered bike lights so she can be seen at night when camping and accent lights are on order too. May have to buy scooters for my husband and myself as well.
