Seems silly

I thought I would really enjoy this product for my kitchen aide but it is a little more of a pain than of good use. I would rather see the kitchen aide out then the lift on my counter tops.

Heavy duty item with heavy duty performance

One of my wife’s greatest issues is the lack of counterspace; we use our stand mixer a lot and it resides permanently on the countertop. I have thought about putting it in a cabinet but it’s just too inconvenient. This rev a shelf is so much more than one can imagine. It allows you to have your cake and eat it. Literally when you don’t need your stand mixer it is out-of-the-way in a cabinet and when you need it presto it lifts right up and is at counter level. The mechanism is not only smooth but it is also steady. I worried that in the up position the base would be shaky but because it’s a heavy duty mechanism it is very solid. I wish they had one for coffee makers toaster ovens etc. but I know that that’s just not practical.

Works great with strong lift

The product arrived with nice and sealed package without any damages. The quality of this product is really good. And the instructions for installation are pretty clear although it needs some works with basic power tools. This lift really saves space in my kitchen and now transfer my stand mixer from storage to countertop easily making my baking easier and happier. Moreover the product is spring-loaded which means it will make it easier to lift and lower kitchen appliances with ease and the soft-close feature ensures that the appliance is lowered slowly and smoothly preventing any damage or noise. Wow!!!

I had a little bit of a rough time trying to install it but I got and I wish I had this sooner! It is the coolest little gadget in my kitchen. It really is soft closing and doesn't make screeching sounds. No more bulky appliances hello cool shelves!

Great product!

I really am glad that I acquired this product. It is such an awesome product and I love that I can use it with more then just my stand mixer which when I very first got it is what I thought it was only for but then I come to find out it is useful with so many other things and to me that is a lifesaver because I hav a back injury that makes lifting things over 20lbs incredibly hard but with this that is no longer a worry of mine

Solid Mechanical Lift!

We renovated our kitchen recently and installed this in our kitchen island. It has been awesome to have the support to lift our mixer (it's a heavy beast that looks like Alien if you're familiar).The lift itself is solid heavy but definitely gives the impression it can handle your appliances- which is what we wanted.Installation was straight forward - I would recommend lowering it a bit more than recommended for larger appliances/ things that are taller - you have to bend a bit more but it gives me peace of mind in lifting in in and out :)

Great for kitchens with limited counter space

Took a bit for me to learn how to install it but it holds up! Using it for my 6qt KitchenAid. It definitely helps me be less lazy to bake since I don't have to carry the heavy thing in and out of the cabinet. Also like the soft close feature when I tuck it away

Game changer for lifting heavy appliances

I have wanted one of these for my kitchen for years. I have issues with my joints and lifting my professional sized kitchen aid mixer is difficult to the point I wasn’t using it as often as I wanted. Having the ability to easily pull this out and up and then pull a lever for it to go back in its place softly is so exciting. I might need consider one for my air fryer soon and then nothing will have to be on my counter since it can hold items up to 60lbs! I absolutely would recommend this to anyone that has issues lifting heavy items or just wants a way to de clutter those appliances from their counters.

I got a Rev-A-Shelf RAS-ML-HDSC Mechanical Appliance Lift Mechanism with Soft Close and I absolutely love it !It was easy to install and fit perfectly in my cabinet. This now gives me more counter space and I don't have to keep lifting things up and down. I am definitely going to get another one for my other cabinets !
