A new hybrid stamp cast basket offers the best of both worlds by providing super strength while minimizing weight and resonance. Other features include: An Anodized Aluminum Voice Coil Former that provides superior heat dissipation (up to 100° at full power levels), Stitched Tinsel Leads that reduces fatigue and possible shorting while increasing reliability and performance. This sub conforms to CEA 2031 industry standards to offer the capacity to handle power under continuous demand, not instantaneous power handling, that over time, can damage voice coils.
