Works great but Strong smell in smaller spaces

We received the Sengoku CTN-110 keroheat portable radiant kerosine space heater 10000 BTU free for an unbiased and honest incentivized review from Influenster. My husband had been wanting a kerosine heater so this was perfect! We received the color white and it is definitely portable. It isn’t bulky yet not too small. It measures about 12 inches tall and 18.5 inches wide. He’s been using it in his buildings outside of our house and it has helped to keep him warm. It has been very easy to use and works great. When we first put a wick in to start it it wouldn’t start. We had to put kerosine on the wick to dampen it. I recommend dampening the wick with kerosine or a damp oil. After adding kerosine to the wick it started right up. I recommend using it in a building with air flow. The smell is very strong. It works well in our 12x15ft sized building but it still has a smell. The smell is too strong for our 8ftx8ft building. It’s a good kerosine heater would recommend.

Just what I needed

This couldn’t have come at a better time my furnace went out right as winter started and I was sent this product in exchange for my honest opinion. This works so well keeps you warm and isn’t super noisy. A pro that could also be a con is that jt is huge! kinda hard to move by myself but I would still recommend this product!

Perfect for garage or emergency

Radiates heat safely covers a room 18x20. Is easy to heat fuel lasted about 10 hours. Has handles for easy transport safety feature of automatic shut off if tipped over. Fairly small to store we set it up in the garage. You will need to purchase kerosene seperately.

Great and easy to use - powerful!

So easy to use

Great but kerosine

This works great for outdoor activities or something with air flow but I wasn’t a fan that if doors are closed such as a garage the kerosine can smell. For that reason I knocked off a star otherwise it was a great way to warm up and stay warm.

Keeps me warm when working in the garage .

This kerosene heater sure has a lot of things in the box. It has a cartridge tank front guard and a fuel gauge and a shutoff button. The wall guard is really cool too. Comes with 4 batteries. It's doing a very good job! Easy to use very satisfied but my husband says we can only use it in the garage because of fumes but it is for indoor and outdoor use. It heats up the garage really fast. Love it! I performed the first use dry burn by letting it go until inner tank ran dry about 5-15minutes. It even has a siphon pump. This portable heater is very stylish and a really good size.

Portable heater

I was surprised to receive this item . I could not use it because i could not find the kerosene to properly use it . I am thankful for the oppurtunity but i am not able to locate the solution to heat it up .

Not a great heater

This heater was very confusing to use. It was big and bulky and the directions were not clear. There are a lot of parts that need to be replaced as it is used. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
