Misleading Advertising

I purchased this from an ad video and at no point did I notice that it was a “parts only” purchase. They cleverly drew no obvious attention to this fact. I got this back in February and only made space for assembly today. Much to my chagrin when I opened the box did I discover that it was a hastily disassembled “return” product that was damaged beyond reuse and contained no assembly instructions. Only when I went back to the confirmation email did I see that it was a “parts only” product. Shame on me for missing that in the email initially, but double shame on the seller for skirting the sale in the first place!
