Your weight, the added weights, and the weight of the bar can't exceed the maximum user weight of your Total Gym, meaning if your unit supports up to 300 pounds and you weigh 200 pounds, then the maximum weight that can be added on each side is 50 pounds. Please note that free weights are not included and must be purchased separately.
