Take your at-home Total Gym to the next level with up to 90 pounds on each side of your weight bar. Compatible with multiple Total Gym models, this bar is perfect for greater weight resistance and added strength training to your workout. This heavy-duty, chrome weight bar slides effortlessly through the glide board of your Total Gym to enhance your home workout. Your weight, the added weights, and the weight of the bar can't exceed the maximum user weight of your Total Gym, meaning if your unit supports up to 300 pounds and you weigh 200 pounds, then the maximum weight that can be added on each side is 50 pounds. Please note that free weights are not included and must be purchased separately.

Great little weight bar!

I don't own a Total Gym so I just use it for regular weightlifting. It's great for light weights. It's very lightweight. I have nothing else to say lol

Didn’t Fit

Unfortunately it didn’t work for my Equipment due to the Size spec. My son explained that the bar doesn’t fit all Systems. Make sure that you use it correctly (to avoid injuries)

Just a metal bar…

I think I misunderstood what I was getting when I chose this product. Although the original post did say that it comes with no clips or weights I thought this was your standard weight bar that weights could be added on. I didn’t understand that it is a piece to an exercise system that I don’t own therefore it does me absolutely no good and only serves as a random metal bar. On top of all that it is much shorter and lighter than your typical weight bar so it would be difficult to use for much of anything without the machine. The bar itself however seems to be good quality metal chrome that will not bend or dent easily. Maybe I should consider getting the Total Gym home unit so that I have a use for this thing.

Very light

Was a little confused when I got the bar as it is so light weight. I don’t have the clips to put weights on but I’m sure this bar could hold at least 20 pounds but wouldn’t want to go too heavy. Can see the benefit but useless on its own.

Great addition to your total gym

Easy way to increase intensity to your workouts without needing to buy a whole new machine. Used for total yum it weighs 90lbs and it is chrome. Highly recommended!

I mean it’s not bad but it’s so lightweight I’m afraid to put weight plates on it. I think it might hold like 20 pounds. It’s nice because it’s compact but it could be better.

Very light and sturdy

This bar is very light but it can hold it weights very well. I like the size of it and it work great with my weight bench. I use it for my leg extensions routine.

I’ve received this product to sample in turn for my honest review. I’ve been using this weight bar for at home barre exercises! Weights can be added to it but having this as a balance bar is perfect! It’s so versatile in ways to be used.
