It Was Just OK

I do get a lot of neck cramps as I work on my computer was excited to try this UTK Jade Stone Infrared Neck Heating Pad Wrap. First off the velcro did not stick very well. I started it out in the lowest setting and barely felt warm. I did finally put it on highest setting and it did feel warm enough. It helped just slightly. I like that it has an auto shut off.

Great product

I love this neck heating pad it is easy and so convenient and doesn't take up to much room. It's small but very powerful and relieves sore muscles in the neck and especially the shoulders. It also has a carry bag to keep dust and anything off and doesn't take up much room on a shelf or in a drawer.

Basic but usable

Product works but could be better. There are 3 cords that connect to each other which I feel is pointless why it couldn't just be one cord. It is not very comfortable to wear and the settings are very basic.

I like it okay.

This heating pad is specifically designed for your neck area. While it does a really good job of providing heat to the neck it's not that comfortable to have around your neck. The 'collar' jabs into your throat. So if you can deal with that and get comfortable it's a winner.

Love it!

This neck infrared heating pad is not only great for neck it can be wrapped on calf thigh arm. The stones heat up fast providing warmth to area. It has a timer with auto shut off. It wraps up and fits in a small carry bag (approx 5 x 6) allowing me to take it anywhere.

Feels great for neck pain

As I've gotten older I've suffered from neck pain more and more frequently. I've been searching for a few years for a non-medicinal solution and I think I've finally found it in this heating pad. Not only does my neck feel way better when I wear it I find myself more relaxed both mentally and physically. Glad this thing has a timer on it in case it makes me fall asleep! The only knock it that it has to be plugged in to work but fortunately I have a plug right by my sofa. Love this thing!

Amazing relief.

Wow I am so shocked how therapeutic this was on my neck. It feels amazing. Instant relief for my neck or could put anywhere for pain relief. You can set the temp and how long you want it to stay on for then it will automatically turn off. So relaxing!

I got this to use for my neck been having neck pain for the past few months. the product is small and easy to hv in your bag or wherever you need it at the office. It’s very easy to use has control to adjust to your liking. I’m seeing a difference since I started using it the pain got less I will continue using it.

Natural Jade Healing

I have arthritis in my neck and this neck wrap has been such a blessing! The jade stones heat up to provide pain relief. The wrap itself is soft and comfortable to wear and it’s easy to adjust and get on/off. There is also a one-hour shutoff timer so I often wear while laying down for a rest and don’t have to worry about the wrap overheating. I highly recommend!

The UTK Jade Stone Infrared Neck Heating Pad is just fantastic. The Jade stones heat up to just the right temp. It's definitely not like your regular heating pad. I love the auto shut off feature that makes using it safer. It was overall comfortable and well fitting. I'm was very impressed with this product.

The controller which regulates the heat level and time period is not very sleek. There is a lot of information crammed into a small space and it is actually kind of hard to read. I decided to use a somewhat low setting initially just to see how hot it would get. It did not feel hot at all so I cranked it up. Still not hot. Last resort I put it on the highest setting for 30 minutes. It still barely got warm. I imagined very hot temperatures based on the red stones in the picture; however it barely got luke warm. Another disadvantage is that everything is wired. There is a wire to the wrap from the controller and then the controller wire has to be plugged into the wall. Not very easy to use. Since it never really got warm I didn't even measure its effectiveness with the wires. All in all I was not pleased with this product.

Love it

For years Ive had tension neck pain and I dont always have someone to help massage it. When I saw the UTK heat for pain relief neck pad I decided to give it a chance. Im very happy that I did, I absolutely love it. After using it I decided to look on the companies website and saw numerous other bands, knew, heating pads in all sizes, shoulder pads. If you are looking at the UTK neck band do yourself a favor and get it, you wont regret it.
