It has held up well over time without showing signs of wear and tear.However there are a couple of areas where this mat could be improved:Size: The mat could be a bit larger to provide more room for exercises. I got the mat for my indoor yoga and absolutely love it. I absolutely love that it's a perfect thickness and love it.

This gymnastics / exercise mat is awesome! Such high quality and about 2 inches thick! This gives great support and cushion for indoor floor exercises or learning gymnastics skills. The black is a great color that works in any gym setup you have at home. I love that it folds up and is easy to carry with the handles built in. I can tell this is a product that will last. I received this in the mail. It is super nice gymnastics mat. It is big enough that even adults can use it. I like that the color is black also. I would recommend this mat for people that like to workout or have kids that do flips and stuff. Just make sure you have room cause it is a nice size.

These balance form gym mats are just wonderful my daughter jumped for joy when they arrived. The handle to carry them is so much of a help. The mats feel so soft and are great fir tumbling.
