Very well built. Assembly not bad. A little wide for maneuvering it the woods and a little on the heavy side. Otherwise I really like the Hawk Crawler!

Great so far

Ordering and delivery were good. Putting it together wasn't bad either, the wrenches were include for most of it. I did use a socket or two just to speed up the process. All I've hauled so far is my wife, but it did well.

Assembly was easy. The product appears study and should do the job. The four wheels make turning on a hard surface difficult but otherwise I think it is well designed and built.

JUST WHAT A 70 YEAR OLD NEEDS

KILLED A DEER. HAD TO DRAG THE DEER A 1/8 MILE THROUGH THE WOODS.
THEN HAD TO DRAG THE DEER OUT A HALF MILE TO THE CLOSED GATE TO MY TRUCK.
AT 70 YEARS OLD, I WON'T BE ABLE TO DO THIS TO MANY MORE TIMES.
WHILE I WAS DRAGGING THE DEER OUT, MY WIFE CALLED; MY BREATHING SCARED HER.
MY WIFE SAID YOU NEED A WAGON OR SOMETHING.
WE SEARCHED FOR DEER HAULERS.
WE FOUND JUST WHAT I NEED.
BY USING THE HAWK CRAWLER WILL ADD YEARS TO MY HUNTING LIFE.
I CAN HAUL IN MY TREE STAND THEN HAUL OUT MY DEER WITH MY TREE STAND.
THIS IS A GREAT IDEA.

Easiest Recovery Ever

I have purchased this recovery cart for deer hunting. It is a terrific add to my equipment. It makes deer recovery through the woods a much easier task. It is hard to explain the easy without actually trying it. I set up a little obstacle course of logs in my yard to convince a skeptical friend of the carts ability. He was blown away and is still in disbelief of the easy of use. I wish the price was lower but I still feel that the unit is worth it at the $180 that I spent on it. Some attention should be paid to the instructions so that they match the parts that are included. Also a note describing how tight to tighten the main axle bolts would be helpful but that is easy to learn and correct.
